Beginning the Process
Your therapist will initially ask you questions about your concerns, explore how your issues are impacting your life, and try to get an understanding of the thoughts that cause you the most stress. You can select the time and the dates for services.

You can expect your therapist to be a non-judgmental, supportive individual and an expert listener. They will help you examine your thoughts, so that they can cause you less stress. The therapist may ask you to write some things down, so you can look at them after the session.

Your Therapist will help you manage stressful thoughts and return your thinking to a more peaceful sense of yourself. You can decide on the number of hours and sessions.
